See how we turn expertise into funded programs
Watch this short walkthrough before you take the assessment. It shows exactly how the Classroom Growth System gets your program accredited, funded, and full.
What the Classroom Growth Systemâ„¢ is, and how we help
The Classroom Growth System is our end to end method for turning your expertise into a program that is accredited, funded, and full. Instead of piecing together content, operations, funding, and marketing on your own, you follow one proven system with us guiding every stage.
Shape your program
We coach you to turn your expertise into clear outcomes, materials, and assessment.
Get accredited
We guide you to meet the standards that unlock funding pathways.
Run it smoothly
Registration, attendance, certificates, and scheduling handled without the scramble.
Fill every run
A repeatable marketing engine so each funded cohort fills, run after run.

Go behind the scenes to find your best pathway
Here are some of the videos you can watch to learn more.
From coaching to an accredited, funded program
We walk with you from first coaching conversation to a program that is accredited, funded, and filling every run. These are the four stages every provider moves through.
Coaching and validation
We coach you to shape your expertise into a program worth funding, and confirm real demand.
Build the program
Outcomes, materials, and assessment finalised so the program is ready to deliver.
Get accredited
Meet the standards that unlock funding pathways for your program.
Fund and launch
Secure funding and fill each run with a repeatable marketing engine.
We diagnose the gaps, then help you close them
Your score is a diagnostic. It reads your program across content, operations, funding, and demand, then shows exactly where the gaps are, so we know precisely how to help you close them.
Low, Medium, or High: every result maps to the specific support you need next.
The score pinpoints your biggest gap
We name the one area to fix first: content and credibility, operations, or funding and demand, so our help goes exactly where it counts.
Content and credibility
We score outcomes, materials, and trainer credibility, then help you strengthen the weak spots.
Operations
We check registration, attendance, and certificates, then help you get systems running smoothly.
Funding fit
We diagnose which pathways you qualify for, then guide you to pursue the right one.
Demand
We assess whether you can fill each run, then help you build a repeatable marketing engine.
Which schemes your program can tap into
There are national schemes designed to fund accredited training, and the right one depends on your program and your company. The assessment checks your fit so you pursue the pathway that actually applies to you.
MySkillsFuture (Singapore)
Singapore's national portal for accredited, fundable training. Listing here signals your program meets recognised standards and can be co-funded through SkillsFuture.
HRD Corp (Malaysia)
Malaysia's Human Resource Development Corporation lets registered employers reclaim training costs from their HRD levy, funding accredited programs for their staff.
NTUC UTAP (e2i)
e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) supports workforce upskilling, while NTUC UTAP reimburses union members for a share of approved course fees, easing the cost for both companies and individual learners.

When Courseware opens each quarter
June intake
The mid-year cohort. Ideal if you want your program accredited and ready to run before the year-end funding cycle.
August to September intake
The Q3 cohort. A strong window to build, accredit, and line up runs heading into the new year.
November to December intake
The year-end cohort. Get accredited over the quieter season so you launch funded runs in Q1.
See if your company qualifies for funding
Funding pathways have requirements, like a final Notice of Assessment from IRAS showing positive trade income. The scorecard checks your fit so you do not chase the wrong pathway.
Takes about 5 minutes. No obligation.
